Frequently Asked Questions - North Myrtle Beach Vacation

Ocean Breeze and Golf Tees is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, third floor condo with a fully stocked kitchen and private balcony located in Barefoot Resort and Golf. The resort is nestled between Myrtle Beach's Fantastic Four golf courses (Norman, Love, Dye, and Fazio). You'll have access to two pools during peak season with family friendly games and beach chairs/toys for our guests' use. 

You can make a reservation by booking through the Online Booking section of this site. if you prefer to book through Airbnb or VRBO, we can accommodate that, too. Just ask!

Ocean Breeze and Golf Tees is dog friendly up to a maximum of two dogs (no weight limit). We ask to keep dogs off the furniture. Fees will be charged for any damage to the property due to pets during your stay. This includes an additional cleaning fee if excessive fur is found on the furniture. We also ask our guests to be respectful of our neighbors regarding excessive barking, quiet hours, waste pick-up, and to always keep your fur baby on leash outside the unit.

The following types of dogs (whether pure bred or mix breed) are prohibited in unit:

• Pit Bulls

• Rottweiler

• Doberman Pinschers

• Chows

• Presa Canarios

• German Shepherds

• Wolf Hybrids

The maximum occupancy for our rental is 8 guests.

This is a third-floor walk-up condo (no elevator available) with two landings and a wide outdoor staircase. Please see our photo gallery for a picture of the front of the unit.

The cancellation policy varies by season. It is provided to preview when you select the preferred dates of your visit in the booking (or check availability) section of this site.
